Palouse Sunrise
Palouse Area, Eastern Washington
The rich farmland of the Palouse in eastern Washington, with rolling hills, multi-colored fields, and scattered farmhouses is a wonderful place to photograph. Very early light of sunrise and very late light of sunset cast long shadows, and those are the best times to capture the essence of this area. Photo © copyright by Stephen Penland.
