American Dipper and Autumn's Reflection
Mount Rainier National Park, Washington
An American Dipper looks for insects in flowing water. It can walk along bottom of even a fast-flowing stream. I was fortunate to catch the yellow reflection of autumn trees along the streambank, and small waves curved to reflect the blue of the sky. Photo © copyright by Stephen Penland.
