The best time to photograph the full moon is the day before the actual full moon.  On that evening a nearly full moon will rise while the setting sun is still shining on landscape.  All of the colors you see here are natural: the sun is casting a reddish-pink glow on the snow, and the moon is in the transition band of the earth's shadow.
